IUST will Host the Second Public Conference on a Resistant Economy

   The organizing of a second Resistant Economy Conference, with a focus on energy will take place on February 14, 2013 at Iran University of Science and Technology's Shahid Bahrami Hall. This conference will be hosted and supported by IUST's School of Advanced Engineering Resistant Economy office, the Basij office of the Ministry of Oil, and a few others of the country's schools and institutions.

 Issues that will be addressed in the second resistant economy conference will analyze the relations between the resistant economy and the following: energy policies, opportunities for oil ban on the West, regional interactions in energy policies, management of oil revenues, promotion of domestic energy production, and the international energy markets.

 A country official will make the opening remarks, followed by the presentation of approved journals and articles, and a scientific roundtable.

 The first public resistant economy conference took place May 2012 in the same location.

 The School of Advanced Engineering at IUST invites the university community, researchers and specialists in the field of energy and resistant economy to participate in this conference.
