  4th International Conference on “Acoustics and Vibration (ISAV2014)” Will be held in IUST

 

  4th International Conference on “Acoustics and Vibration (ISAV2014)” will be held in School of Mechanical Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology on Dec. 10, 2014 for two days.

  The Conference is jointly held by Iranian Society of Acoustics and Vibration (ISAV) and Iran University of Science & Technology. ISAV2014 will provide an international forum for presentation and exchange of the latest scientific achievements and technological developments in the fields of acoustics and vibration. The program will feature plenary and keynote presentations, contributed oral and poster papers, a specialized commercial exhibition, and a number of technical workshops. A student competition for selection of the best B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses in acoustics and vibration is another exciting part of ISAV2014.

  In this two-day conference issues such as shock and vibration tests, acoustic in music and architecture, vehicle dynamics and structure, rotating machines, identification of mechanical systems and structures, monitoring of vibration and sound, the human response to sound and vibration and industrial experiences and case studies in petrochemical, defense, automotive and rail, mining, oil and gas, power, air, and space will be discussed.

  National Student Conference of the Association of acoustic and vibration, introducing top student dissertations, exhibition, workshops and keynote speakers are other programs of Fourth International Conference on Acoustic and Vibration.
