Three research and technology groups are active in the center, which are briefly introduced as follows:
A- ICT Strategic Studies Group
Duty: To conduct the research and apply future studies, to help policymakers for organizing and monitoring the development plan for ICT as well as performing comparative studies in the field of ICT.
B- ICT International Studies Group
Duty: To conduct the research to produce technical contents in international level, to describe national action and achievement in the field of ICT and to have cooperated collaboration in international technical decision making in the field of ICT with respect of national interests.
C- ICT Standards Group
Duty: To conduct the research and perform the studies regarding the international and national ICT standards, and to perform the laboratory and applied projects in designing and producing the hardware components and systems as well as developing the related software in the field of ICT.
