(i) advise on conference topics, (ii) encourage participation at the conference, (iii) distribute conference leaflets, (iv) review submitted papers, and (v) chair conference sessions (if attending). All information on SEMC 2013 will be placed on the conference website by the beginning of March. I attach for your information a PDF containing some preliminary details on the conference, including a list of topics on which papers may be prepared. While the list is not exhaustive, the diversity of the topics is an indication of the intended scope of the conference. There will also be the opportunity for organising special sessions, and requirements for these will be announced in due course. Based on your international eputation as a distinguished academic and researcher in one or more of the areas covered by the conference, I am inviting you to join the International Advisory Board for SEMC 2013.
